WINTER FARES

SUMMER FARES

1. All fares are in U.S. dollars and include all taxes, customs fees and a fuel surcharge.
2. Children ages 2 and under fly free on the lap of a paying adult passenger.
3. Daytrip return fare is available for return trips completed within one calendar day. Mid-week return fare is available for flights originating and concluding on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.
4. Fun fares are available only on selected off-peak flights.
5. Ground transportation between Seattle's Lake Union and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is complementary. A dedicated shuttle serves each inbound and outbound flight.
6. Baggage allowance is 11kg (24 lbs.) per person. Additional baggage is accommodated on a space available basis for an additional charge of $2.20/kg ($1.00/lb.)
7. Entry into the United States requires documentary proof of citizenship for all travelers. As of January 8, 2007, a passport is required of all travelers.
8. Please check in one hour prior to scheduled departure time. It is recommended that reservations be reconfirmed 24 hours prior to departure.
9. Reservations may be changed or canceled without penalty up to seven (7) days prior to departure. Change or cancellation made between 5:00 p.m. seven (7) days prior to departure and 5:00 p.m. the day prior to departure is subject to a $25 per person penalty. Change, cancellation or no-show on day of departure is subject to forfeiture of full fare.
10. In addition to Seattle's Lake Union terminal, all Victoria flights also serve Kenmore Air Harbor at the north end of Lake Washington, approximately 20 miles north of Seattle. Kenmore departure times are 30 minutes prior to Lake Union departure times; Kenmore arrival times are 30 minutes after Lake Union arrival times. Fares to and from Kenmore are the same as Lake Union fares
11. Passengers who fail, for any reason, to check-in for their flights by the required check-in time are considered to be "no-shows." No-show passengers forfeit the full fare for the missed flight, and seats on return itineraries are immediately released. However, no-show passengers may stand-by for subsequent flights at no additional charge, provided that the passenger will be charged any difference between the fare paid and the published fare for the stand-by flight taken.
